Igniting the Security Revolution

What is E-Tagged?

watch what the camera can't see. E-TAGGED IS A revolutionary creation that will redefine home and business security FOR ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS.

How does
e-tagged work?

This device is a sensor that picks up info about unwelcome devices. Upon detection of the device, a unique address, time and location are collected and stored for future analysis.

WHAT DATA IS COLLECTED?

  • The signal strength

  • What frequency was used

  • the time the device was detected

  • the networks searched

this information can then be ANALYSED. An almost unlimited NUMBER OF sensors can be connected together and provide a more detailed picture.

how does the user interface work?

The user Web Interface is the portion of the device that enables normal users to interact with data collected by sensors. THIS PART OF THE SYSTEM ENABLES LOCATING THE DEVICE AND DETERMINING WHAT SENSOR IS CLOSEST TO THE DEVICE IN THE SENSOR NETWORK.

  • users can categorize, recognize and group familiar and unfamiliar devices

  • users can generate reports

  • users can gather data analytics to determine when and where the device was picked up by which sensor

  • review and compare PREVIOUSLY recorded devices

origins

E-Tagged was initially created in 2013 by Rob Rogers and josh kowalchuk; two Durham College graduates from the greater toronto area.

We were renting space above a kubota dealership when a series of tractor thefts OCCURRED. our landlord lost $120,000 worth of property with with the only evidence being grainy video of someone on a cellphone. our landlord is an honest hard working person who was tired of being robbed.

he asked if we could enhance the picture quality from his recordings but we were unable to do so. from there we devised a better way, this was when we decided to create a method to identify future thieves.

We installed a rough prototype of the E-Tagged system to monitor their inventory yard and parking lot. they can now monitor any device.

It was not until the terrorist attacks in paris that we realized the full potential of this device. the attackers used open networks to conduct their communications. if an e-tagged system was IMPLEMENTED before hand, vital information could of been obtained much quicker.

NOW, WE'RE ON A MISSION TO REVOLUTIONIZE HOME AND BUSINESS SECURITY AND PRIVACY.
